We are looking for an experienced Major Accounts Sales Representative specializing in developing strategic relationships with insurance companies and government organizations. The ideal candidate is skilled in selling SaaS solutions in complex and regulated environments and knows how to engage high-level decision-makers with a solution-oriented approach.
Main Responsibilities
Strategic Relationship Development
Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within insurance companies and government entities.
Act as a trusted partner and strategic advisor to institutional decision-makers.
Understand the regulatory, operational, and strategic challenges specific to the insurance and public sectors.
SaaS Solutions Sales
Identify, prospect, and develop a portfolio of key accounts in the
Manage the complete sales cycle, from needs assessment to contract closing.
Position the solutions SaaS as a lever for digital transformation and operational efficiency for client organizations.
Offer customized, high-value-added solutions adapted to the regulatory constraints and approval processes specific to public institutions and insurers.
Analysis and Strategy
Analyze the complex needs of major accounts and define appropriate market penetration strategies.
Conduct industry monitoring of trends in the insurance market and digital public policies.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, technical) to adapt the offering to the requirements of institutional clients.
Required Profile
Education and Experience
University degree (business administration, information technology, or related field).
Minimum 5 to 10 years Experience in complex B2B sales, ideally in the technology or SaaS sector.
Proven experience managing major accounts with insurance companies or government organizations — a key asset.
Knowledge of the acquisition and approval processes specific to regulated sectors (tenders, compliance, governance).
Technical Skills
Mastery of consultative selling techniques and managing long sales cycles.
Ability to understand and explain complex SaaS solutions to non-technical audiences.
Proficiency with presentation, demonstration, and CRM tools.
Understanding of the compliance, data security, and integration challenges specific to institutional environments.
