Techso is looking for a PLM Functional Analyst – Windchill to support its clients in defining, implementing, and enhancing solutions adapted to their engineering processes and product lifecycle management needs.
In this role, you will work closely with client and technical teams. You will help translate business needs into practical solutions while supporting implementation, deployment, and optimization activities.

What You’ll Do
Depending on the projects assigned to you, you will:
Support the production, enhancement, and maintenance of Windchill components;
Coordinate the implementation of new applications and functionalities;
Contribute to the optimization of application design and architecture;
Analyze functional and technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions;
Support project teams during deployment and production launch activities;
Gather and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications;
Prepare documentation used as a reference by project teams;
Advise teams on advanced Windchill functionalities;
Support and mentor less experienced team members;
Collaborate with technical, functional, and client teams on complex PLM projects;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of client solutions and processes.
The Profile We’re Looking For
You have:
A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar PLM-related role;
Good knowledge of PTC Windchill solutions, including PDMLink and MPMLink;
Experience translating business needs into functional and technical specifications;
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
Excellent communication, organizational, and technical writing abilities;
Experience working within multidisciplinary and collaborative project teams;
The ability to share knowledge and support junior team members;
A willingness to travel internationally for assignments in Europe, Asia, or North America;
The ability to communicate professionally in both French and English, as you will collaborate with clients and colleagues located across Quebec and internationally.
Nice to Have
Experience with other modules or solutions within the PTC ecosystem;
Experience implementing, migrating, or upgrading Windchill;
Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, or product data management processes;
Experience facilitating client workshops or delivering user training;
Experience supporting production environments or managing incidents;
International project experience.
