Afin de combler les besoins de ses clients dans le secteur des TIC, FOP EXPERTS CONSEILS est à la recherche de consultants en analyse fonctionnelle TI motivés à la réalisation de mandats. Les principales missions seraient d’élaborer les spécifications fonctionnelles des programmes et logiciels, créer et tester des solutions, surveiller les mises en production, former les utilisateurs et participer aux programmes d’amélioration continue.

Description spécifique des responsabilités

• Élaborer les spécifications fonctionnelles des programmes, systèmes, logiciels et applications en collaboration avec l’équipe de projet
• Collaborer à la conception des programmes, systèmes, logiciels et applications et à l’élaboration des stratégies de réalisation
• Créer des scripts de test, tester des solutions spécifiques, afin de confirmer les fonctionnalités spécifiques des programmes, systèmes, logiciels et applications
• Effectuer une analyse des incidents, déterminer les causes et effectuer un suivi afin de s’assurer de leur résolution
• Préparer les documents de formation et le cas échéant, former les différents utilisateurs
• Maintenir une collaboration et communication étroite avec le département de marketing dans l’identification des besoins et requis techniques
• Collaborer activement aux réunions, aux activités et aux livrables des équipes de projet
• Effectuer des analyses de risques pré-production afin d’élaborer des mesures préventives pour sécuriser la production
• Surveiller les processus et les activités de production, fournir un support pour résoudre les problèmes qui surviennent
• Faire une veille technologique sur les nouvelles méthodes dans un soucis d’amélioration continue

• Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en informatique, génie des logiciels ou toute autre discipline connexe
• 4 (quatre) à 10 (dix) années d’expérience dans le domaine des TIC
• Expériences pertinentes en projet de développement de logiciels et d’applications
• Expériences pertinentes en méthodologie de gestion des projets agiles (scrum) et conventionnels
• Connaissance du cycle de vie du développement logiciel (spécifications, tests, stabilisation)
• Excellente capacité d’analyse et de résolution des problèmes
• Expérience en configuration CRM, SAP, un atout
• Expérience en recherche et analyse dans des bases de données
• Détenir l’une des certifications suivantes : ISTBQ, CPACC, WAS, DHS, CPWA, un atout
• Excellente maîtrise de la suite MS Office
• Bonne capacité de communication et de rédaction en Français et en Anglais
• Mobilité (un atout)
