The company specializes in measuring and analyzing the nursing and orderly care that is required and delivered.

EROS’ innovative products and services are used for financing, management, and reporting purposes by more than 1,000 clients in Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, and Switzerland.

EROS is based in Montreal (Quebec, Canada) and Lausanne (Switzerland) and employs 30 people.

We are looking for a curious person who is passionate about artificial intelligence—someone who likes to understand how it really works, and especially how to apply it in practical ways to become more efficient.

Your mission

You will be responsible for identifying, testing, and integrating artificial intelligence and automation solutions to optimize our processes.

• Explore and implement practical AI use cases (automation, data structuring, and data analysis).

• Develop or configure tools.

• Work with the team to understand real business needs.

• Establish best practices related to AI privacy and ethics.

• Document the solutions implemented.

Your profile

• Recent degree in Computer Science, Digital Transformation, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

• Genuine passion for artificial intelligence (academic and personal projects, active monitoring, experimentation).

• Understanding beyond basic use of AI tools (advanced prompting skills, automation, APIs, integration, etc.).

• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive.
