The Quebec Port Authority (QPA), an autonomous organization with shared governance, pursues the mission of developing maritime trade and thus contributing to the economic development of the Quebec region and that of all of Canada. The APQ draws its revenues from its port, commercial and real estate activities such as the transshipment of solid and liquid bulk, international cruises and the activities of Espaces Dalhousie to name just a few examples. JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Director, Information Technologies and Telecommunications, the incumbent mainly maintains and develops applications using the Oracle database as well as Forms / Reports tools. He thus assumes the following main responsibilities:
Note that the analysis proportion is around 35% and the programming proportion is around 65%. However, these percentages could change depending on the needs of the organization.
