We’re expanding our DEV team and are looking for a passionate Quality Assurance Analyst with an industrial background, ready to ensure the performance of technological solutions deployed to our clients across Canada.

To excel in this role, you should :

• Be mobile within the Montreal area to meet with clients as needed.
• Be fluent in both French and English, spoken and written, as these languages are essential for daily communication with colleagues and clients, both in Quebec and abroad.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive backend tests to ensure thorough end-to-end validation of software functionality.
• Produce detailed test reports and maintain full traceability of bugs and test phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test plans that cover all possible scenarios.
• Conduct load and stress testing to evaluate system performance and stability under extreme conditions.
• Contribute to release approvals by ensuring all quality requirements are met before deployment.
• Act as a bridge between development and production, reproducing reported issues and following through on their resolution.
• Manage and optimize the test lab environment.
• Propose and implement automation strategies to reduce manual effort and increase code coverage.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and practices.

Skills required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of programming and test automation.
• Proficiency with Java and Python (minimum requirement).
• Experience working in Agile, collaborative environments.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French (written and spoken) to engage with bilingual clients.
• A strong team spirit, adaptability, and a genuine passion for delivering quality.
