Enseignes Montréal Néon est à la recherche d’un responsable au soutien informatique qui travaillera sous la direction du directeur de l’informatique.

Sommaire du Poste:

Support informatique général aux usagés;
Veiller aux opérations quotidiennes appropriées concernant les systèmes sous sa responsabilité, incluant Microsoft, Linux, VMware, SQL Server et autres;
Installation, vérification, maintenance et mise à jour de l’équipement (ordinateurs, imprimantes, serveurs, cellulaires, programmations et logiciels);
Garder à jour les documents concernant les procédures de configuration, d’exploitation et de dépannage concernant l’environnement informatique;
Responsable de l’inventaire de l’équipement informatique;
Solutionner les différents billets de support reliés aux problèmes d’infrastructure, réseaux, bureautiques, VPN et logiciels;
Toutes autres tâches connexes demandé par le Directeur de l’informatique.

Qualifications :

Diplôme d’études collégiales ou baccalauréat en informatique ou en systèmes d’informations;
Minimum de cinq (2) années d’expérience à titre d’Administrateur Système/Réseau;
Expérience professionnelle avec Windows Servers (2016/2019), DHCP, serveur d’impression et de fichiers;
Bonne connaissance d’Active Directory, GPO, etc.;
Connaissance de la téléphonie IP;
Maitrise les concepts de réseau (VLAN), des télécommunications et de la sécurité;

Bilinguisme fonctionnel requis (anglais-français, parlé et écrit);
Autonomie;
