Le Groupe Rémabec est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) technicien(ne) réseau pour se joindre à notre équipe infrastructure au sein du département informatique.

La personne sélectionnée sera responsable de l'installation, de la configuration ainsi que du support technique pour les équipements réseau et système dans l'ensemble des filiales du groupe. Celles-ci sont réparties dans différentes régions du Québec, plus particulièrement en Mauricie, au Lac-Saint-Jean et sur la Côte-Nord. Le poste comprend des déplacements occasionnels à réguliers sur nos différents sites, selon les besoins opérationnels.

Ce poste requiert une bonne autonomie, de la rigueur et une excellente capacité à interagir avec la clientèle.

Voici les tâches du ou de la candidate :

- Installer, configurer et entretenir les équipements réseau et système (routeurs, commutateurs, bornes sans fil, pare-feu, ordinateurs, serveurs, etc.) ;
- Effectuer des diagnostics et résoudre les problèmes de connectivité réseau sur site ;
- Planifier, coordonner et exécuter des projets d'implantation et de maintenance ;
- Mettre à jour la documentation technique ;
- Participer au déploiement de nouvelles infrastructures réseau dans nos filiales ;
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour offrir un bon service client.
