Your mission in the Merchandising team:
The National Manager, Digitalization of merchandising processes is responsible for the digital transformation of the company's merchandising processes. Their main role, under the supervision of the National Director, Digitalization of merchandising processes, is to implement strategies and technological tools to optimize merchandising processes, improve operational efficiency and increase the company's profitability.
Your responsibilities as a National Manager, Digitalization of merchandising processes:
- The manager analyzes the company's current merchandising processes to identify opportunities for improvement and digitalization. They evaluate workflows, systems, and tools in use, and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Based on an analysis of existing processes, the manager helps to implement the right digitalization strategy for the organization. This may involve setting up content management platforms, systems to manage collaboration with suppliers, or other technological tools.
- The manager participates in the selection, implementation and integration of technological tools required to digitalize merchandising processes. This may include coordinating with IT teams or engaging external suppliers to ensure effective implementation of solutions.
- Once the technological tools are in place, the manager trains and supports the merchandising teams in their use. Ensure that resources understand the new processes and can fully exploit the functionalities of the digital tools.
- The manager constantly monitors the performance of digitalized merchandising processes. They analyze data, identify shortcomings or opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions. They contribute to the continuous optimization of processes to maximize results.
The qualifications we are looking for:
- University degree in a relevant field (administration, project management, information technology, etc.)
- 3 to 5 years' experience in merchandising, with in-depth knowledge of merchandising decision-making processes.
- Bilingualism French and english is an asset (spoken and written)
