Do you want to make a real impact from the very first stages of a strategic project? We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who is passionate about optimization and efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Be based in the Greater Montreal area and available to meet clients on-site when needed.
• Be fluent in both French and English, spoken and written, as both languages are essential for day-to-day collaboration with colleagues and clients across Quebec and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to develop well-structured business cases.
• Define the context, validate business needs, and confirm requirements.
• Analyze the current state, document, and model business processes.
• Develop solution scenarios, recommend the optimal option, and identify the MVP.
• Estimate costs and effort, assess risks, and contribute to the implementation plan.
• Participate in financial scoping, support strategic business cases related to monetary exchanges, and assist with procurement activities.
• Contribute to the execution phase, including backlog management.

Desired Profile and Skills

• Mandatory experience in the insurance industry.
• University degree (or equivalent) and over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong autonomy, leadership, and ability to operate within a complex and evolving environment.
• Excellent analytical skills, rigor, and structured thinking.
• Client-oriented mindset, strong collaboration skills, and high adaptability.
• Ability to influence, conceptual reasoning skills, and proven experience on large-scale initiatives.
• IIBA or SAFe certifications (assets).
