Through your expertise, you illuminate decision-making, lead key committees, and support the continuous enhancement of the organization's security posture. Your presence ensures essential coherence between corporate directions, operational practices, and governance requirements, while fostering the establishment of a sustainable and shared security culture.

The challenges that await you

Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, you are responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling the development and maintenance of the corporate information security program, ensuring that information assets are adequately protected. You ensure compliance with and proper application of the organization's and industry's standards and norms by its teams. You coordinate the conceptualization and execution of certain security tests while ensuring sound vulnerability management. You produce the necessary reports inherent to your functions. Additionally, when applicable, you support the organization's committees for which your contribution and knowledge in security are required.

In this capacity, you participate in establishing the orientations, objectives, and programs of your department regarding your area of expertise and in developing the annual objectives of your group, based on the department's major orientations. You recommend measures to optimize the performance of the various activities of your work team.

As a member of the Service management team, you collaborate in its smooth operation and contribute to achieving its objectives. You assess and recommend the needs for human, material, and financial resources required for the proper conduct of the activities under your responsibility and manage the budgets allocated to you. You submit detailed reports and may be called upon to make presentations regarding the activities for which you are responsible.

Results-oriented, you guide, direct, and supervise team members in the execution of their respective mandates, determine the general order of priorities, define objectives, and communicate your expectations. You evaluate performance, recognize achievements, and promote staff development by recommending their training.

The ideal profile for us
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information engineering, information security, or any related field;
  • 9 years of relevant experience including experience in personnel management and decision-making to mitigate significant risks to the technological and informational integrity of the organization;
  • Knowledge of reference models: COBIT, ITIL, MITRE, ITSG-33, NIST 800-61, and ISO-27035.
